Beyonder isn't responding to commands
Check that the bot has permission to view and send messages in the channel, and confirm your server's prefix with /serverinfo or by pinging the bot. If it's still stuck, open a ticket in the support server.
Music won't play
Make sure you're connected to a voice channel before running /play, and that the bot has Connect and Speak permissions there.
I want to report a bug or suggest a feature
Both go through the support server — there's a channel for each, and staff triage them directly.
